Every Adytum Certified credential — single-lesson micro-credential or full-tier credential — carries a unique certificate ID and a public register page at /certifications/verify/<certificate-id>/. If the page exists, the credential is genuine and current. If a credential is revoked for cause, its register page says so publicly. No exceptions, no private certificates.
The ID appears on the certificate PDF, bottom edge. Format: AC-<year>-<serial>.

Each register page lists: holder name, credential earned (badge taxonomy ID, e.g. adytum.mk.foundations.workflow-design), track and tier, issue date, the rubric version it was assessed against, and status (current / expired / revoked). Recertification is required every 3 years; lapsed credentials show as expired, never silently deleted.
