Refund Policy
Short version. Full refund anytime before our work begins. After work begins, refunds aren't available, but every Crafted SKU includes one full round of revisions and we'll work with you to land the result.
1. What "before work begins" means
"Intake" is the formal start of an Adytum engagement. Your refund window stays open until Intake happens — and Intake happens at the earliest of any one of the following:
- You submit your intake form for the SKU you purchased.
- You attend, or partially attend, a scheduled call with the Adytum team — kickoff, discovery, or working session.
- You send Adytum substantive materials — brand assets, files, briefs, or detailed answers to our questions.
- You give us express authorization to begin work ("please start," "go ahead," etc.) and we begin in reliance on that.
What is not Intake: browsing our site, completing the checkout, receiving the confirmation email, scheduling (but not attending) a call, asking a clarifying question, or logging in to your portal.
2. Before Intake — full refund
You're entitled to a 100% refund of the purchase price, less any processing fees the payment processor does not return to us. Refunds are issued within 5 business days, to the original payment method. Email hello@adytum.agency with your order number.
3. After Intake — engagement honored, not refunded
Once Intake has occurred, the purchase price is non-refundable. In lieu of a refund, you're entitled to:
- One full round of revisions on the Crafted deliverable, included in every SKU.
- A reasonable Adytum effort to address your concerns within the agreed scope.
- Discretionary remedies (partial credit or partial refund) if Adytum has materially failed to deliver per scope — at the sole discretion of the Adytum founder.
4. The 14-day soft window
If we never hear from you for 14 calendar days after your purchase, your refund window stays open until day 14, after which the order is closed administratively and the price is recognized as Adytum revenue.

6. Chargebacks
If a refund is appropriate, please go through this policy first. Initiating a payment-card chargeback or ACH reversal without first exhausting the Adytum refund process — and giving us at least seven business days to address the request — is a material breach of these terms and forfeits any discretionary remedy under section 3.
7. Acceptance and updates
By completing checkout, submitting an intake form, or otherwise engaging with Adytum, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to this Refund Policy and our Terms of Service. We may update this policy upon 30 days' written notice to your email of record. Continued use of Adytum services after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
