TaglineGen — 10 ownable taglines in 12 seconds.

App: /apps/taglinegen/ Cost: 1 credit per batch Time: 4 min · ships .md export

TaglineGen doesn't give you 10 generic taglines — it gives you 10 taglines grouped by approach (emotional, functional, contrarian, etc.) so you can compare angles, not just words. Plus a recommended pick with reasoning.

1

Open TaglineGen

Go to /apps/taglinegen/. Sign in at /portal/ if needed.

1 credit per batch — Plus's 75/month = 75 batches included. This is the cheapest creative app in the suite; use it freely.

2

Brief the model: 3 fields, all required

The form takes a tight brief. Each field changes the angle TaglineGen will explore:

Tip — write the brief as if you're texting a friend. Vague briefs produce vague taglines. "It's an AI tool that helps me with branding" → meh. "It rewrites copy in your brand voice so SMBs stop sounding like ChatGPT" → sharp taglines.
3

Generate (12 seconds, 1 credit)

Hit Generate taglines. You get 10 candidates grouped by approach:

ApproachWhat it sounds like
FunctionalStates what the product does. Best for B2B and clarity-first markets.
EmotionalNames the feeling the customer wants. Best for lifestyle, consumer, premium.
ContrarianInverts a category cliché. Best for differentiation in crowded markets.
PromiseStates the outcome the customer will get. Best for performance products.

You won't get all 4 approaches every time — TaglineGen weights them based on your brief.

4

Use the recommended pick (then ignore it if you want)

One tagline is marked "Recommended". The model picks based on memorability, clarity, and how distinctive it sounds in your category.

Don't trust it blindly. The pick is a starting point — your taste matters more. But if you're torn between three candidates, the recommended one is usually a defensible choice.

5

Copy your favorite or "Tune in BrandVoice"

Each tagline tile has two buttons:

Hit Export as Markdown at the bottom for a paste-ready .md with all 10 + the recommended pick. Useful for a brand brief, a strategy doc, or a Slack share with the team.

When TaglineGen isn't the right tool

What's next? Most users generate 2–3 batches with different brief framings before picking. Cost: 2–3 credits. After you pick, run the winner through BrandVoice to write the supporting copy (headline + subhead + first paragraph) in the same voice as your tagline. That's how a 1-credit tagline becomes a full home page hero.
