Getting started

Adytum is a portfolio of brand + accessibility + voice + content tools. Some are free, some are paid via subscription (Plus / Studio / Crafted) or credit packs.

First 5 minutes

Why business email only on free apps?

Free apps cost us real money (AI compute). Consumer email gating keeps the free tier sustainable. If you don't have a business email at your own domain yet, that's a sign you're not the customer Adytum's apps are built for — and that's fine, no hard feelings.

Plans + credits

Paid apps use a credit system. One plan = one monthly allowance. Credit packs supplement when you need more. Add-on pack credits never expire.

How to use your Plus subscription on the free apps

Enter the email associated with your Adytum account when you submit any app form. The back-end matches it to your subscription, charges credits, and bypasses the free-tier rate limit.

Billing + refunds

Subscriptions

Plus / Studio / Crafted are billed monthly via Stripe. Manage from your account or email billing@adytum.agency.

Credit packs

One-time charges via Stripe. Credits never expire. No automatic re-purchase.

Refunds

See our refund policy. Short version: Studio templates are non-refundable after download. Crafted orders are refundable before intake is submitted. Subscriptions can be canceled anytime — prorated refunds aren't standard, but contact billing@adytum.agency for edge cases.

Account + login

Sign in at /portal/ using your subscription email + password. If you bought a subscription but haven't logged in yet, use the "sign up" link with the same email Stripe has — your account was auto-created on purchase.

Password reset

Use the "forgot password" link on the sign-in page. We send a reset email via Supabase Auth.

Two-factor auth

Coming with the Plus billing dashboard upgrade. For now, secure your email account well.
