EmailRoaster — your cold email gets three rewrites, no ego.

App: /apps/emailroaster/ Cost: 2 credits per roast Time: 4 min · ships .md export

EmailRoaster takes your draft cold email and returns: (1) a brutally honest scorecard, (2) three rewrites at different tones, (3) a recommended subject line refresh. Use it before every cold outbound send.

1

Open EmailRoaster

Go to /apps/emailroaster/. Sign in at /portal/ if needed.

2 credits per roast. Plus's 75/month = 37 roasts. If you're running outbound campaigns, that's enough to QA every email before send.

2

Paste your draft email

The form takes:

Tip — include the worst version, not your polished version. EmailRoaster is more useful when you paste your first-draft attempt. It'll catch the obvious problems (vague ask, buried CTA, name-drop fail) that you'd otherwise spend 20 minutes fixing yourself.
3

Read the scorecard first

EmailRoaster scores your draft on:

Each dimension gets a color-coded score. If everything's green, send your original. If even one is red, look at the rewrites.

4

Compare the 3 rewrites

VariantWhen to send it
PunchyShort, sharp, slightly cheeky. Best for founders / individual contributors who hate corporate email.
DirectClean, professional, no fluff. Best for VPs / executives who triage in 15 seconds.
WarmConversational, peer-to-peer. Best when there's a real connection (mutual contact, shared context).

Each variant card has a Copy button and a "Tune in BrandVoice" handoff if you want to push the rewrite further in your specific brand voice.

5

Pick, paste, send (then track replies)

Hit Export as Markdown for the scorecard + all 3 variants in one .md file. Drop it in your CRM as a note, or save to a "best emails" library.

Track which variant tone gets replies in your audience — over a few campaigns you'll know which one works for your ICP. That intuition is worth more than any single roast.

What EmailRoaster won't do

What's next? Most teams that adopt EmailRoaster do this loop: draft → roast → send the winning variant → track replies → roast next time with that learning baked in. After 5–10 campaigns, you'll have a clear sense of which tone fits your ICP. If you're running cart-rescue or post-purchase email instead of cold, use CartCloseAI.
