What's the difference between Annual Partnership and Brand Program?
Brand Program is a one-time defined-scope rebuild — finite deliverable, finite timeline, finite contract. Annual Partnership is an ongoing relationship — your team has Adytum on standing retainer for sprints, Crafted deliverables, governance reviews, and apps access. Most enterprise customers eventually do both: one Brand Program to set the foundation, then an Annual Partnership to maintain and evolve.
Do you work with global brands?
Yes. We've supported multi-market rollouts across EU, US, and APAC. We coordinate with your in-region teams and local agencies as needed. For multi-language work, we engage native-language reviewers and cultural advisors.
Can we white-label any of your work?
For internal use, all Brand Program and Crafted deliverables transfer to you with full IP rights. For external white-labeling (e.g., agency reselling our apps), see our Partners page for that program.
What's your team size and structure?
Adytum runs a senior-only model — every engagement has a principal strategist, a brand director, and dedicated AI ops engineers. We deliberately don't staff junior associates on enterprise work. The Annual Partnership includes a 3–5 person dedicated team depending on scope.
How is AI integrated into delivery?
AI handles research, draft generation, content production, and ongoing optimization — all under senior human direction and QA. Strategic decisions, executive presentations, and identity systems are designed by humans, accelerated by AI. We won't ship AI-generated work to your customers without our team reviewing it.
Can pricing be milestone-based or rev-share?
Yes. Brand Program engagements can be structured as 30/30/40 milestone payments. Custom AI Operations engagements often include performance kickers (rev-share, KPI bonuses, conversion-tied compensation). We'll structure it however works for your finance org.
